Mars hill university has released an academic calendar for the 2023-24 fall and spring semester. The First day of classes for the full semester and AGS term 1 will begins on August 29 , 2023.

Mars hill university Fall semester 2023

• The residence hall is open on August 24 , 2023 for first year and transfer students, while the residence hall opens on August 27 , 2023 for registered continuing students.
• The First day of classes starts on August 29, 2023 for full term and AGS term 1 students.
• The deadline to add AGS Short term 1 is on August 31, 2023 while the deadline to drop AGS short term 1 is until September 1 , 2023.
• The last day to add full semester and internship attendance due is on September 4 , 2023.
• The deadline to drop full term classes without transcript entry is on September 25, 2023.
• The last date to withdraw from AGS short term 1 classes with W grades and apply for Graduation in December is on October 2 , 2023.
• The homecoming event is scheduled to be held on October 7 , 2023.
• The AGS short term 1 classes is scheduled to conclude on October 13 , 2023.
• The fall term break will take place between October 14 and October 17, 2023 and full term classes will resume on October 18 , 2023.
• The last day to add AGS short term 2 is on October 20 , 2023 and the deadline to drop is on October 23, 2023.
• The registration process for the spring semester will open on October 30 , 2023.
• The full semester and AGS short term 2 classes will finish on December 12, 2023. And the degree will be conferred on December 15 , 2023.

• The administration office will open on January 2 , 2024 for the spring semester.
• The full semester and AGS short term 2 will start on January 16 , 2024.
• The last date to add AGS short term 1 will January 18 , 2024 , while the deadline to drop AGS short term 1 will January 19, 2024.
• The deadline to add full semester is on January 23 , 2024, while the deadline to drop full semester is on February 12 , 2024.
• The last date to apply for graduation in May or August is on February 14, 2024.
• The AGS short term 1 class is ends on March 8 , 2024.
• The Spring semester break will start on March 8, 2024, at the end of class .
• The AGS short term 2 class is start on March 18, 2024.
